We try this mushroom coffee from Merryhill for the first time and give our thoughts on the smell and taste. Mushroom coffee is a type of coffee that is infused with medicinal mushrooms, such as lion's mane. Lion's mane is a mushroom that has been shown to improve cognitive function and memory.

The coffee has a rich, earthy aroma. It doesn't really smell like mushrooms at all. Next, we brew the coffee and take a sip. The coffee has a smooth, creamy flavour.

Overall, we were really impressed with the taste of mushroom coffee. It's a great alternative to regular coffee, and it has the added benefit of being good for our health.
