(25 Oct 1956) In Warsaw crowds gathered to read and discuss Poland's new move in her long struggle for freedom. Workers' delegations met to consider the return of a former leader, ousted and imprisoned under the Stalin regimes. Now, Gomulka had, in fact, been elected head of the Government.
