Hi friends
This is a recipie of a sweet called kobbari burelu with dry rice flour instantly.
Jaggery
Ghee
Ila chi
Oil
Water
Dry rice flour
Grated fresh coconut
First take a thick pan and add jaggery and water ensure that all jaggery is mixed well strain if any dirt is there and again keep that pan cook add grated coconut cook until it get 1 string and add ghee 1 spoon it will not stick to the pan and add ila chi powder also then add rice flour and mix well let it cool make small balls and press and put it in oil.
That's it kobbari burelu ready don't press much it will get hard.
