Hello friends today we are making a Carlota de Cafe. This type of dessert is something like an icebox cake or a Tiramisu cake. It's a cold cake that requires no baking only refrigeration.

Carlota de Cafe

1 block of cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup water
2 teaspoons of instant cold coffee
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of vanilla
3 cups of heavy whipping cream
3 packs of chocolate galletas Maria
9 x 13 cake pan

✅ the majority of the ingredients I use can be found at Walmart, HEB, local grocery stores, local cake supply stores, SAMS, COSTCO, and even on AMAZON
