This video shows our QC manager checking the Z Girt metal profile product precision we made for Canada customer. This Z Girt product has very complex hole design, our QC manager use our special design inspection tool to check the holes tolerance. If the holes are out of tolerance, then the pins on inspection tool can not go into the holes of Z Girt metal profile, then the products are unqualified. It is very strict inspection standard and all our punching holes are meet the tolerance requirement. This is very high level quality control in China.
