This hunter called saying he couldn't find blood past 30-40 yards but feels like he made a great shot. He really thought it was a double lung shot but since he's unable to find his deer he knows that's not possible. Leaving him wondering... Where did i hit this buck with my bow? Deer's reaction was tail down ran fast for 30-40 yards than he stopped for a few minutes before walking off like nothings wrong.

Based off the deer's reaction i believed it to be a liver shot. Tail down is normally a show for further back into liver/gut area hunter also said his arrow was coated in dark blood. He was currently gridding for his deer 3 hours after the shot while on the phone with me. I told him to get out the woods and ill see you in 12 hours.

once we showed up my dog took us to his deer in 15 minutes! The Hunter admitted he didn't think he could have found his deer without my dog. Which is always nice to hear that your dog actually made a difference!
