Highlights of the biggest street party in Europe, Notting Hill carnival is happens every summer in west London. Notting Hill Carnival is annual event in London since 1966 on the streets of Notting Hill, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea each August over two days. The carnival attracts around one million people annually, making it one of the world's largest street festivals, and a significant event in Black British culture.
