Following recent applications for parole by Chris Hani's murderer, Clive Derby-Lewis and the so-called "Prime Evil" Eugene de Kock, which reignited the debate about whether it is time to forgive the perpetrators of apartheid crimes, the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation hosted this public discussion, in July 2014.
