In an unfortunate incident at Codli Sesa Mines on Saturday, a ripper machine got buried in the mud while in operation. Over 48 hours have passed since the incident and the ripper operator Manoj Anant Naik is yet to be found in the mud pile at the mines. Fire and Emergency services personnel, NDRF, Navy divers and bomb disposal squad have been carrying out rescue operations at the site.
