It’s Day 18 of your Summer Fit '24 SCULPT Challenge! This workout will strengthen and sculpt your entire upper body and core using weights and optional mini-loop bands. Start with 40-second intervals of back-to-basics strength, then go to a second round with a “Sculpt” version, separating out the right and left sides of the same exercise for only 30 seconds.
