Moderator Bob Liff and panel of experts observers discuss the battle over voting rights in the U.S. As states around the nation attempt to limit the franchise
while others attempt to expand it, what will voter access for Americans look like in years to come? This battle continues to grow in its pitch and in its reach, especially as new U.S. Census figures reveal continual shifts in American political geography,
party alignments, and power dynamics. What will the battle over voting rights mean for minority populations and other groups that have been underrepresented in political discourse in the U.S.?
