This is the soundtrack for The Sims 4 Build & Buy Mode 34, it has 8 variations. I extracted the native audio files and converted them into FLAC (a lossless audio format), I then transcoded the FLAC files to the highest MP3 quality (320 kbps) for portability, after which I used the MP3 format to make a full soundtrack video. You'll be listening to the best-quality soundtrack. The transcoding process that I did will allow the music to remain the same quality so that you can hear the subtle instruments of the soundtrack and maintain its detail, richness, and clarity.

The music will go more complex as it adds more instruments when you're in the game clicking on the different context menu icons. For example, if you're in Build and Buy Mode and you click on the kitchen category button the music will add more instruments, if you click on the curtains button the music will become less complex as it reduces instruments to sound soft.
