Ginisang Patola is one of the easiest ginisang gulay you can make, and like most ginisang gulay it starts with a sauté of garlic and onions, sometimes with tomatoes before the main vegetable is added and cooked with it. And in this recipe, I added some misua (Chinese vermicelli) to give it some earthy flavours plus a bit of texture. It’s hearty and tasty on its own or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
1 piece patola
2 ounces misua (Chinese vermicelli)
1 piece Knorr chicken cube
Garlic
Onion
Salt and pepper to taste
