This fight is really stupid with Lady. I thought it was impossible to knock him down on the 2nd phase, but you can actually do it by using Grapple Hook about 2 dozen times in a row.. Your only other options is lucky Shotgun Blast or jumping at him and using Burst Attack.

He tends to fire both his orbs before doing the attacks that would actually leave him open, and Lady can’t grapple towards him when his shield is down.. How is that supposed to work exactly? The Mission 20 fight is fine, they even gave her a way of countering his Sparda charge attacks. This mission? Nope. Nothing. You’d probably give up and think the grappling hook is doing nothing long before it knocks him down. I know I did..
