The UK NCSC (GCHQ) has decided it is will be scanning the UK internet space for "fun and profit".

I dislike that governmental institution has decided it has the morale high ground to scan the internet even though they have no consent from anyone to do so.

Yes I understand that many people will benefit from this SME's that dont have the knowledge or capacity to do it but still data going to government agency that has been a bright idea in the past.
