Cortalim Panchayat has claimed that the market complex was inaugurated without occupancy and the GSIDC has now applied for the renewal of occupancy. Cortalim Panchayat Sarpanch Angela Furtado has said that the local fish vendors had been approaching the Panchayat on a daily basis to enquire when they will be shifted to the new market complex.
