In this video we look at Airpots and air pruning using air pots. Air pruning is a relatively new method of growing in the hydroponics industry, where small holes in the side of the plant pot allow the roots to grow through, and when they hit the atmosphere the roots stops growing and tells the plant to focus its energy to a different part of the root system. This helps prevent root circling.

What's also neat in this video is that Simon from Aquaculture made a flood and drain system using the Airpots to home the plants.
