This is how to remove any old or broken fitbit devices from the fitbit app on the iPhone, the process is the same for Android or Windows phones.

Go to the fitbit app, select the account tab at the bottom of the page.

Then select the device you no longer wish to sync with the app. Then click or tap remove device.

You will get a warning before the device is removed, so this will probably be a good time to double check it is the right one!

Do any last syncs before it is too late! Confirm the device removal and you are done.
