[Fully Automatic Disinfectant Filling, Capping, and Labeling Line]
Due to the spread of COVID-19, rubbing alcohol, disinfectants, bleach, and other antibacterial products are quickly becoming household staples.
Many manufacturers are unable to keep up with soaring demand and have come to us for help increasing their production though our automated packaging machinery. This fully automatic production line is customized for disinfectants, including a filling station, capping station, induction sealing station, and labeling station. It’s perfect for industrial-level bottling (up to 3.75 liters) and runs at 15 bottles per minute.
Our FL4400 high-speed filling machine features eight nozzles that fill simultaneously and aren’t affected by foaming, meaning that the filling levels are kept consistent, suitable for filling and packaging cleaning materials like bleach in bulk.

The capping station uses a star wheel to move the bottles along the cap placer, seal quality sensor, capper, and capping sensor. When the sensors detect a faulty cap, the machine will alert the operator to remove the cap and replace it before the bottle goes through the induction sealer.
The labeling station uses the LR3370 Round Label Labeler, which can handle and smooth even large labels aesthetically. Since large disinfectant bottles typically are less sturdy due to having larger surface areas, and much heavier once they are filled, this machine has been customized for the large bottles used in disinfectant production to ensure perfect, high-level quality.

採用充填快速的FL4400液位式充填機，八個充填頭能同時充填，而且不易受液體泡沫影響，能確保產品的液體表面高度一致，最適合流動性佳的漂白水大量充填包裝。
鎖蓋站採用星盤式設計，於本站進行置蓋、鋁箔封口模檢測與鎖蓋，置蓋後立即檢測有無鋁箔封口模，鎖蓋後立即偵測是否鎖夠緊，靈敏的警報系統會主動提醒人員回收不良瓶蓋。鎖緊的產品會輸送至封口站透過電磁感應進行封口。
貼標站採用LR3370圓貼貼標機，大標籤也服貼平整，而且標籤能貼在容器的同一側，非常美觀。大容量消毒水在貼標時，因為瓶子材質較軟，總重量較重，團隊針對此特性進行設計變更，並在出廠前進行多次測試調整，確保最高品質。
