CGTN's Yin Yue talks with Tobias Adrian, financial counsellor and director of monetary and capital markets at the IMF about its latest Global Financial Stability Report. The report shows that so far no global systemic event affecting financial institutions or markets has been seen thus far since the beginning of Russia's attack on Ukraine. Stronger banking systems, higher capital and higher liquidity have helped absorb the shock, the IMF says, but an intensification of the conflict could further test the global financial system.
