I was so happy with my Sintron 3D printer I wanted to make a promotion video for them. As with any kit you do need to do some research and not be afraid to ask any questions. The customer response was really impressive. They are in China or (overseas somewhere), so the US day is their night. That is why they respond within a day of your questions. Sintron even met my price when I asked them too so I could buy this. They are very helpful in replacing anything that might go bad or need to be replaced. I will admit this is my first printer, but I could not be happier after reading some of the things that go wrong with other kits. Just know that no kit or printer is fool proof and you must learn what your machine is capable of doing. The 3D printing world is not the push a button and out comes perfection stage yet. It might get there, but it is not there now. I will list some helpful links I have to use to help me achieve the prints you just witnessed in this video.
