How does Act 10 from 2022 compare to Act 9 from 2021? Does an increase in price mean an increase in quality? Is this rare, port-finished blend of rye whiskeys worth the hunt?

In this review of the 2022 release (Act 10) of A Midwinter Night's Dram, I nose and taste this blend of straight rye whiskies finished in port casks to see if High West can live up to the hype it has created by knocking this release out of the Park (City) in previous years. After giving this release a score and an overall grade, I compare to Act 9 from last year then wrap up with some thoughts on whether this year's edition of the perennial release is worth the hunt or the expense.
