Good morning, good evening, good night. Welcome to another day to make this balancing to our heart through the process of emotion. So I just hope that after working with this I can unblock this that I have here (in my heart). Remember that what we are meant to work with today is opening our heart and to be coherent with what we feel within in our heart. The most important thing that I wanted to share with you that I wrote in my blog today in conversation with my higher self. Is that in order to be aligned with the information that we are going to work with today is that we have to recognize is that not to blame or thank other people for how we feel because every emotion that we feel is just in ourselves. It’s within ourselves. So nothing that we really feel is related to others, is related to how we feel within. So it is like what we have to do is to balance the heart which is the connection of that love and that emotion that we feel with others so we can balance that instrument of ourselves. So the main important thing that I guess is a good way to understand why we feel and how we feel is we have to picture ourselves like we are a guitar, a musical instrument and imagine that the whole of the guitar is in your heart and all the emotions are the vibrations that represents the chords (vertically) in the body through the core and then the chakras are the keys that fix (tune) the chords (strings) in order to sound properly (harmonised). So everything that we feel, everything that resounds with us is according to how we are vibrating ourselves within. What we have to do to feel the proper emotion from the outside world we have to try tune the chords (chakras) so they can sound correctly. So this is our work we cannot blame or thank others for what we feel. What we have to understand is that everything that we feel from others is according to how we have tuned our emotions, this instrument that is this guitar. The place where we are going to feel that is here – this hole here (over the heart) which is the hole of the guitar.
So someone asked me today “which is the correct direction for the chakras to spin in order to balance the chakra” to tune up the chords. So what we have to do is to see your right hand, the thumb is pointing up. So when this thumb is pointing up and all the other fingers fold inwards, then the energy is going up, the fingers are moving to the left (anticlockwise) and the energy going down, the fingers are moving right (clockwise). So in order to download the energy the chakras must be spinning to the right and bring in the energy. With this hand (right hand) this is the hand that gives the energy, it doesn’t matter if you are left handed or right handed. The right hands moves the energy because it is the positive one. So there is no correct place where it must spin, it doesn’t matter, what matters is that they are spinning and they are all in balance so they all spin in the same direction. But it’s just for another job, now we are not specifically working with that right now, we are going to do it at another time.
Today we are in the heart chakra within the second week which is the emotional one. In the month which is related to Leo related to “I can”. The vibration we are going to work with today is “Hi” it is not hi like you might read in English it is “He”. The reason why it is Hi is because in the ancient language of this region the sound “H” means the life, the history and the sound “I” represents the balance which in the middle of the heart and in the middle of the hands. So this is why the statement of today is “I am in balance”. The reason why the heart is the balance is because it is in the centre between the mind and the body/action and also between receiving and giving, so it like the centre of a cross. So the sign of the cross beyond Christianity represents exactly that, the balance between what I feel, what I think, what I do, (forehead down) what I receive (left shoulder) and what I give (right shoulder)....
