This Intermediate FeetUp Vinyasa yoga flow is perfect for those of you who are confident with using your FeetUp prop for headstands. Make sure you have a good understanding of English pose names and how to modify to suit your body before doing this yoga class as cues will be kept to a minimum.

During this FeetUp vinyasa flow, we'll be focusing on core strength with yoga postures like plank, forearm plank, side plank as well as playing around with different leg variations while in our inversions.
