- 200g dark tahini (regular is fine too)
- 3 tablespoons carob syrup (optional)
- 125g caster sugar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- fine sea salt
- 350g bread flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1⁄4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1⁄2 × 7g a sachet yeast
- 4 tablespoons honey (or vegan alternative/ agave/ maple etc)
