Jeff Merkley (D-OR), followed by remarks from co-authors Lisa Curtis and Derek Grossman on the report's findings and recommendations. The event will continue with an expert panel discussion featuring M. Taylor Fravel, Arthur and Ruth Sloan Professor of Political Science and Director of the MIT Security Studies Program; Aparna Pande, Research Fellow and Director of the India Initiative at the Hudson Institute; and Dave Shullman, Senior Director of the Global China Hub at the Atlantic Council. The event will conclude with an audience Q&A session.
