Many people have asked me for my Mom's pozole recipe that's made from scratch. If you know Mexican Moms then you know most of them measure ingredients with their heart. Sorry that I cannot provide a detailed recipe. I do hope that this video provides you with a general idea of how to make authentic Mochoacan style pozole without using canned goods.
