Was able to get out and fish the BKFT tourney at Mosquito Creek Lake. I pre-fished earlier in the week and had a decent pattern put together fishing the rocks and grass along the causeway and the grass line just south of the boat launch in the 5-8ft range.
On tournament day I was on some fish but unfortunately lost too many. The wind shifted and picked up later in the day when I had focused on really hitting the deeper sparse weeds with a drop shot. So I went back to the causeway and boated another fish.
Had a blast fishing the lake and hope to be back for the next tourney there.
