Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts, roughly diced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic paste (or minced garlic)
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 cup chopped fresh baby spinach
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, shredded Parmesan, garlic paste, and paprika.
Add the diced chicken to the bowl and stir well to coat.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Stir in the chopped spinach and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
