Dry ingredients
1- 1/4 C all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2C cocoa powder
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1C sugar
combine in a bowl and mix well.
wet ingerdients
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1tsp vanilla extract
2 Cup grated Zucchini
2/3 cup chocolate chips
combine in a bowl and mix well.
Next, mix the dry ingredients into the wet slowly.
transfer into an oiled pan that has been dusted in cocoa powder and put into a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
