This 1950 Westcraft Capistrano is a 33’ dual-axle park trailer that was built by the Westcraft Manufacturing Company in Burbank, California, as an example of the longest model offered during the company’s nine years of post-World War II trailer production.

Work included repairs to the factory aluminum skin and 14-window clerestory roof, a repaint in triple-tone blue and silver, replacement or repair of interior birch and pine wood surfaces, updates to wiring and plumbing, the addition of concealed modern amenities, and a custom redesign of the interior in the spirit of 1930s Art Deco styling. Features include custom leather seating surfaces, custom cabinetry, stainless steel kitchen and bathroom surfaces, period Art Deco lighting fixtures, a king-sized bed, a modern refrigerator with a custom façade matching a mint green period stove and toilet, two hidden flatscreen televisions, and DuoTherm heating and air conditioning.

It was acquired by the seller in California in 2008, after which it underwent an 11-year refurbishment and customization led by vintage trailer specialist Steven Butcher in Fillmore, California before it arrived onto Bring a Trailer in August 2021. View this listing here: [ Ссылка ]
