Hi everyone, here is my video on flystrike (Myiasis), this can relate to any animal but I am focusing mainly on rabbits and guinea pigs. I thought it was about time I made a video on this topic and it seemed like the perfect time after having a chat with my vet and finding that she had seen three cases that week. Animals are most at risk in the warm weather so please bare this in mind when spending time with your pet throughout the day. I know it's gross and I hope it doesn't upset anyone but it's better to know about it and be prepared just in case. It's a horrible thing that I hope none of your animals end up with but if they do, please act quickly as it can be the difference between life and death.
