Last week, I had a crappy day at work and as it turns out, my youngest (Brooke) had a crappy day at school. We were both a little beat down and I told my wife "I need to get out. I am going to go to the airport and clean my plane. Brooke said "I want to get out, can I help?"
Nobody in the house is as big on flying as I am. They can take it or leave it but I thought I would give it a shot. I asked "Would you want to go flying?"
In 10 years, I have never seen her jump at the chance to go flying. She said "Heck Yes!"
We did a short sunset flight to get some fuel and just visit. Some switch flipped in her head and she had a blast asking multiple times if we could do this again. I don't know if she has the bug but she really seems to have a newly revived interest in going flying with dad which is awesome for me too.
This Today's video is just she and I going on a sunset flight. No real jokes or funny stuff but I am trying to interweave some regular flying content into the channel and this particular flight was so much fun for us.
