The BOI report is back on an extended to January 13th for filing. #boireport
The recent ruling (Dec 23rd) by a 3-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned the injunction previously issued by the Eastern District of Texas, reinstating the BOI filing mandate under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).
This means the BOI reporting requirement is required again.

Updated Filing Deadlines:
Entities Created or Registered Before January 1, 2024: New Deadline: January 13, 2025.
Entities Created or Registered Between September 4, 2024, and December 23, 2024: Original Filing Deadline Between December 3, 2024, and December 23, 2024: New Deadline: January 13, 2025.
Entities Created or Registered Between December 3, 2024, and December 23, 2024: Additional Time: 21 days from their original filing deadline.
Entities Created or Registered On or After January 1, 2025: Filing Deadline: 30 days after receiving actual or public notice of their creation or registration becoming effective.
