Senior BJP leader KS Eshwarappa, who is also a former state unit president, has resorted to a silent protest against his party leaders for not inducting him into the Cabinet even after coming out clean in a case of contractor suicide. Eshwarappa was the Rural Development & Panchayat Raj minister and resigned that post in April this year after a contractor committed suicide in Udupi, naming him and his assistants in a note.
