Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman promised on Tuesday a full internal investigation of the arrest of a man last year for which video shows an officer kneeling on the man's neck. A lawsuit was recently filed in this case, and Pittman said he's usually advised not to talk about pending litigation, but he chose to anyway.
