Why King Charles must STRIP Prince Andrew & Prince Harry of key power | Palace Confidential
Prince Andrew’s friendship with an alleged foreign spy has sent shockwaves through the British establishment this week. Despite this, the Daily Mail’s Richard Eden points out, he is still a counsellor of state and remains eighth in line to the throne.
Eden tells Palace Confidential that King Charles should take the opportunity to strip him of the counsellor role AND remove him from the order of succession and what’s more, he should do the same to his son Prince Harry too!
The Mail’s Royal Editor Rebecca English meanwhile explains the spy situation and what role Fergie played in convincing Andrew to step back from the royals’ Christmas plans.
The Mail on Sunday’s Charlotte Griffiths tells the show that she believes Meghan Markle will be jealous of the media attention that Catherine, Princess of Wales has received recently.
PLUS Robert Hardman, author of a biography of the monarch called King Charles III (or The Making of a King in the US) gives us his highs, lows and surprises of the royal year.
AND don’t miss our special Christmas-themed royal montage!
