The MARATHON separates the sealing and the strain relief function. The base is a clamping cage made of a soft and a hard polyamide component:
In the lower part a TPE fulfills the sealing function permanent and effectively. Eight rounded claws enable an especially high strain relief according to category B (EN 62444).
