Ventricular Tachycardia is a lethal EKG rhythm and is also one of the cardiac arrest rhythms. What makes ventricular tachycardia interesting is that it can be pulseless or still achieve a pulse.

Depending on the patient's vital signs, and mental status will determine treatment if a pulse is present, whether we deem the patient stable or unstable.

More commonly, ventricular tachycardia will be found in Cardiac Arrest.
