Filming this was so special because I got to capture her traditional recipe and techniques that make this dish truly perfect. From preparing the soft, fluffy dough to mixing the cheese filling and cooking it just right, this is a recipe you’ll want to try.
Everything is explained step by step, and I’ve added English subtitles to make it easy for everyone to follow. If you’ve never made khachapuri before, Don’t worry if I was able to cook it :D, then you can too! And trust me, the result is worth it!
