I swap from narrowboat to kayak to paddle into pure tranquility along the canal. Get ready to de-stress, un-wind, clear the mind! Dissolve into the sound of water, birds and incredible scenery. INCLUDES Flying Lambs! I also find a new mooring 'Gurnett Aqueduct' during a bank holiday cruise. And despite a noisy short stay at one mooring, I witness the super blood moon rise above the hills.

The Journey started here... I once lived in the fast lane of life, happily married of 26 years, with two children. That chapter was suddenly shattered by the sudden loss of my wife to cancer, which led me in to depression and homelessness. Waking up in hospital, after attempting to take my own life, with just a suitcase, kayak and bicycle and no money, I've managed to rise up out of the darkness and find happiness and continue my next chapter.
