In this episode I discuss the importance of the right grind setting. I will show how your coffee will be affected by grinding too fine or too coarse and finally, for a V60 filter, the Goldilocks of grinding just right is the medium grind.
This week's featured coffee being put to the test is a Kenyan by Munich's Man Versus Machine Coffee Roasters. It stood out for us as terrifically silky, sweet and fruity coffee with a creamy texture-making it one of the more memorable coffees of the season.
