He was recently slammed by The Only Way Is Essex viewers - with some fans even demanding for him to be 'sacked', after calling his ex-girlfriend, Courtney Green, a 'f**king s**g' during a foul-mouthed bust up. And now Myles Barnett has admitted to The Sun that he's seeking therapy after his outburst and that he was 'disgusted' with himself. The TOWIE star, 24, revealed to the publication: 'I honestly was disgusted and for me, when I've done stuff like that, I've literally been like after I barely even remember what's going on. 'When I actually watched it back I thought: "Jesus you need to go and get yourself sorted out". And I do. I go to therapy now. 'And that's not because of the show or anything it's just because I wasn't proud of the way I was acting.' The revelation comes after show watchers were left shocked in April when he called his then girlfriend Courtney 'a f**king s**g' and 'dirty dog' for speaking to Jordan Wright. Myles came face-to-face with the new boy, who made no secret of his desire to pursue his partner. As the argument gained momentum, Jordan revealed that Courtney had showed him one of Myles' messages while they were away together. The revelation led to Myles throwing his drink at Jordan and then turning on Courtney by branding her 'a s**g' and a 'dirty dog'. After the scenes aired, the couple decided to call time on their two-year relationship. While later on in the series, Courtney gathered her girl gang and tearfully explained the reason for her split with her pals Amber Turner, Chloe Lewis and Yazmin Oukhellou. Courtney shared: 'I was just so unhappy. In the whole relationship I was so worried the whole time about making him happy that I forgot about myself. 'And I’ve realised that I wasn’t happy, cos I was so much concentrating on him.'
