I enjoy griddling just about anywhere but there's just something special about the Rocky Mountains. It's why I moved from Pennsylvania to Colorado 23 years ago. Northwest Montana is probably our favorite part of the Rocky Mountains and we've been blessed to spend lots of time there over the years.
