A young girl presented with disabling pain in her left flank on walking and exertion.The cect abdomen showed a cortical cyst type 2f bosnaik.laparoscopic deroofing was done and cyst wall sent for biopsy which showed a simple cyst with renal tissue.The patient was discharged on 2nd p.o.d uneventfully.
