Liz Truss’s make-or-break PMQs kicked off with an apology by the Prime Minister and a brutal question by the Labour leader asking if she will be “out by Christmas”.
Ms Truss also insisted that she was “a fighter not a quitter” as she attempted to come out fighting and show her doubters that she has what it takes to remain in office, amid growing calls to resign from rebel Tory MPs.
