Sankatahara Chaturthi is a day meant for eliminating one’s problems. It is also called Sankashti Chaturthi.
Every month, it falls on the Chaturthi after the Full Moon day during Krishna Paksha (waning Moon phase).
On this auspicious day, Hindus worship Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, for getting rid of their difficulties.
Ganesha is the son of Shiva and Parvati. He has the power to remove our obstacles and bestow success in life.
