In this episode, I visit another Filipino grocery to try the turo turo set-up in the back of the store. There, the generous spread has a full array of offerings. Many popular items, like kare kare, and new dishes too that I haven't eaten in a long time or have never tried before. One item, a rather unassuming choice, called "laing," takes me by surprise and is the best turo turo item...dare I say, the best Filipino dish, that I've ever had.
