Pan De Sal French Toast
Ingredients
* 3 eggs
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup milk
* 4 Pan De Sal Buns
* Butter
* Maple syrup
* Powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a bowl combine eggs, cinnamon and salt. Whisk until salt and cinnamon are fully incorporated then mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.
2. Cut pan de sal bread in half and soak in the milk mixture making sure to poke holes on each side of the bread.
3. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan on medium heat until foaming. Add the soaked bread and pan fry for a 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Top with butter, maple syrup and powdered sugar.
