At least 13 people have been killed in 2 explosions in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
The bombs went off just minutes apart, in a popular commercial area.
The first was a suicide car bomb that detonated near restaurants and cafes filled with customers.
The second bomb struck in the same neighbourhood.
Some lawmakers are blaming ISIL for the attacks.
They say ISIL fighters have infiltrated Sunni refugees fleeing to the capital from other parts of Iraq.
Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports from Baghdad.
